Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund from the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE for cancellations made at least 15 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of check in.

Rebooking made 15 days prior to date of check in is penalty free however subject to additional charges based on the current season rate. The higher rate will apply. (example: reschedule from a weekday to weekend or holiday).

Rebooking made 14 days prior to date of check in is not allowed. All payments are non-refundable.

1.Kindly provide / settle the following 1 week prior to check in:

  • Complete names of all guests (with age). Guests not endorsed in advance and not
  • included in guest list will not be allowed to enter the property
  • Full payment of accommodation balance

2. Booking confirmation will be provided by the resort 1 – 2 days before your check in date. Kindly present a soft copy upon check in

3. Present valid IDs of all guests from the group upon check in

FOOD
Breakfast is provided complimentary based on the number of pax checking in. Please order upon check in. The MENU can be found in our Facebook page.

Payment for meals shall be collected at the property.
First come, first served:

  • Fire Pit – campfire packages available upon request
  • Karaoke Room – P350/hour
  • 2 Small Pets w/ SD P2,000
  • Essentials Provided:

    *Toilet Tissue
    *Liquid Body Soap

Our current policy prohibits food and beverages bought outside of the property, as we have an on-site restaurant and cafe that caters to all required meals.We encourage ordering from our menu so as not to incur corkage fees.😊

Corkage Fees:
Lechon: P1,000
Chips: P500/group
Drinks: P300/bottle

Food and drinks same on the menu: 50% of the price per order


*No corkage for cakes, fruits, and water.
*Villa is the only room equipped with SMALL kitchen. Corkage fee is waived if you book the Villa.

Day use is not available. We require a minimum of 1 night stay. Advanced booking is required.

However, we are accepting dine-in to our restaurant from 1pm-8pm only if we are NOT FULLY BOOKED. Our menu can be found in our Facebook page. Amenities are for checked-in guests only. 🙂

The most convenient way of getting to 150 Peakway Mountain Resort is by private vehicle. Use Google Maps for direction – search 150 Peakway Mountain Resort.

If you would like to commute, take a bus going to Dalagute Town Proper. When you get down in Dalagute Town Proper, you will need to ride a habal habal / motorcycle. The cost of that is around P150 per head(price might change without prior notice). It will take about 10km from

Town Proper to 150 Peakway Mountain Resort. Most drivers already know where our property
is.

DO NOT USE WAZE.

We can allow up to 2 trained pets per room and subject to a pet fee of P250/pet for small-medium pets & P500/pet for big pets. Pets are required to wear diaper all the time and proper disposal of diaper. Pets are not allowed to loiter without supervision and must be leashed always. Please ensure to clean up every after mess made within the property.

  • Please sign a waiver upon check in. 😊
  • Friendly reminder to be a responsible pet owner.
  • For guests with confirmed bookings: Kindly provide type and breed of your pet if you wish to bring for us to include in the booking confirmation.

 

We are located at the peak of the mountain wifi/internet connection and mobile signal is good up to 20mbps max speed but any interruption considering the location is out of our control. It is the only available internet provider and mbps in the area as of this time. I would say it works but not the kind of wifi speed and stability you can get as in the city. We cannot guarantee 100% it has good signal all the time. Which is out of our control.  Same goes with mobile/cellular signal.

We can refer you to our third-party transpo service, Hertz PH. Rate from Cebu City/Mandaue City/Lapu-Lapu to 150 Peakway and vise versa:

Car(3pax): P3,400 one way
Innova(5pax): P4,400 one way
Van(10pax): P5,400 one way

We need a downpayment of P300/per trip-one way or P600 roundtrip/ two way trip as down payment to confirm your booking. Kindly send us the following details:
