Welcome to Peakway Mountain Resort! We’d be delighted to have you as our guest. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions related to overnight reservations before proceeding to check out.

1. Reservation Confirmation:

  • Your reservation is confirmed upon completion of the booking process and receipt of payment.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it. It will include all of the check in details.

2. Payment details:

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, gcash, paymaya and other methods specified on the website.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Full refund for cancellations within 48 hours of booking.
  • 50% refund from the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE for cancellations made at least 15 days before check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
  • No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

4. Check-In/Check-Out:

  • Our Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and Check out by 11:00 am. While we understand the eagerness to begin your retreat, early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and are best avoided to allow us to prepare the perfect environment for your stay. If you arrive earlier, please wait patiently at the restaurant / outdoor lounge as we clean and disinfect the room for your check-in. Please note that visiting hours end at 5:00 pm, any extension beyond this hour will incur an overnight fee.

5. Care for Property and Charges

  • We invite you to treat our property with the same care you would your own. Any damage incurred will be charged to the guest responsible. Repair charges will apply for broken items, wires, furniture, and other damages. Maintain the cleanliness of your room and the common areas, contributing to a pleasant environment for all.

6. Safeguarding Your Valuables

  • As you enjoy your stay, please be aware that 150 Peakway Mountain Resort holds no responsibility for lost items or injuries. Your safety and belongings remain your personal responsibility. Our commitment to your well-being extends to safeguarding your valuables; any unclaimed items after six months will be donated.

7. Pet Policy:

  • We welcome up to 2 trained pets per room, subject to a pet fee of P250/pet for small-medium pets & P500/pet for big pets. Pets must wear a diaper at all times with proper disposal. They are not allowed to loiter without supervision and must be leashed always. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any mess made within the property. Please sign a waiver upon check-in and provide the type and breed of your pet for inclusion in the booking confirmation. A friendly reminder to be a responsible pet owner.

8. Privacy Policy:

  • The information provided during the reservation process is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 150 Peakway Mountain Resort reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
